DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Within 1-3 business days (M-F), your order will leave this hat-crazed studio and be merrily on its way, via USPS First Class shipping; a tracking number will be sent by email upon its departure. Standard time for delivery is 2-7 days from when you receive your tracking number. Rush upgrades available by phone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces. Online orders will ship via USPS First Class service which has a standard delivery time frame of 5-30 days. Tracking numbers are not available for these shipments. International shipping upgrades are available during the online checkout process or by phone.

HOW TO WEAR

There are two secret openings embedded into the cable twist. One is for medium to high ponytail placement, and the other is for medium to low, and low styles. Two openings does not mean only 2 heights. You'll find nearly 6" of vertical variablity to accommodate nearly any hairstyle!

CARING FOR

Peekaboos have a mind of their own; if you don't talk back they will treat you well...and when you feel the need, don't be afraid to wash them. These hats can be tossed in a washing machine on gentle cycle with a small amount of detergent. As always, use hand washing as the most gentle washing method.

RETURNS

Contact us within 15 days of product delivery (according to USPS tracking). We want you to be happy-hatted, so we will be happy to help.
